If you do forget your password, simply follow the steps below:
You will first need to click on ‘Login’ on the initial screen.
On the ‘Login’ tab, click on ‘Don’t remember your password?”. You can find this link just below the password entry field.
On the next screen, enter the email address with which you registered on Zebb and click "Send Email"
Go to your email inbox. You will have received an email with a password reset link.
Click the button ‘Reset Password’ in the email to open the password reset page. You will be redirected to our service partners page where you can reset your password.
Type in the new password you want to use, retype it and click on the little forward arrow at the bottom of the screen.
You can now go to the app and use your new password to Sign In.
