The buy/ sell orders that you place on the Zebb platform are settled on the main Zebpay platform. You can read the article on Instant Buy and Sell to understand how this happens. 

This very rarely happens- but sometimes, due to server issues, there's an error in the connection between Zebb and Zebpay.
