Did you know- you can link upto three bank accounts to your Zebb account. 


Follow the link for the instructions to:



  • On your app, tap on Account, then tap on Bank Account
  • You will see a list of the bank accounts you previously added. Tap on Add New.
  • Please give the app permission to to take pictures and record video when prompted. Without this, you will not be able to proceed.
  • You will then be redirected to our service partner’s form within the Zebb app itself. On the first screen you will see a set of instructions on the information that has to be entered. Please read these carefully and comply with them to prevent rejection of your bank account.  
  • Tap on Proceed
  • Enter the details as requested (following the instructions you read on the previous screen)
  • Capture a photo of your cheque, bank statement or the first page of your bank passbook.
  • Tap on Initiate Verification


That's all the action required from your side. If all of the details you've entered are correct, your bank account will be verified within 10 minutes. 


If your bank account is listed as Account not verified, the bot identified an issue with the information and one of our service agents will have to manually check the information. If there is a discrepancy, you will be notified by email. 


Please wait for 48 hours before raising a support ticket. 


Change your primary bank account  

Your primary bank account is the account into which funds will be transferred once you initiate a withdrawal request.

  • On your app, tap on Account, then tap on Bank Account
  • You will see a list of the bank accounts you previously added. Tap on Edit.
  • Tap on the bank account you wish to make your primary account.
  • Tap on Save. 


Change details of your bank account 

Once a bank account has been verified, you will not be able to change the details. If you have updated your name on your bank account, but haven't updated it as yet with us, don't worry, transactions (both deposits and withdrawals) will still be processed normally. 


If you do wish to change details, you will have to first add the current account details by following the steps to Add a bank account. After the new account has been added, you can delete the old bank account. 

  • On your app, tap on Account, then tap on Bank Account
  • You will see a list of the bank accounts you previously added. Tap on Edit.
  • Swipe left on the account you want to delete.
  • Tap on Save.
